THE ONLINE SIDE OF YOUR BUSINESS - HANDLED

You're good at the service. Nobody in your company handles the online side.

So it gets outsourced — and you have no way to tell whether the work is any good.

I build the booking, the tracking, and the website that your business runs on. Properly, in your name, and I don't disappear afterward.

THE PROBLEM

You can't check work you don't have anyone to check it with.

Everyone on your payroll is doing the actual service - answering the phone, running the schedule, taking care of customers. Nobody is looking at the online side, because nobody was hired to.

So it goes out to someone else. And that's where it gets expensive, because you have no way to judge what comes back.

Ads run for months with no conversion tracking, and nobody tells you. A booking system gets set up wrong and quietly loses you appointments. A website sits untouched for years until something breaks and the person who built it is long gone.

None of that is exotic. I run into it constantly. It happens because there's nobody inside the company who could have caught it.

WHAT I DO

Three things, and they have to work together.

B

Booking

Getting your service bookable online, set up around how you actually work — not how the software assumes you work. Then staying on to change it when your business changes.

T

Tracking

Making sure the money you spend on ads is measured properly, in accounts you own. Google Ads, GA4, GTM, server-side, Meta, consent — set up correctly, and checked, so you're not spending blind.

W

Websites

Building and rebuilding on WordPress, Shopify and Prestashop — and being the person who keeps it running afterward.

These aren't three separate jobs. Your booking has to feed your tracking, your tracking has to sit on a site that's built correctly, and if any one of those is handled by someone who doesn't care about the other two, the joins are where it breaks. That's usually where I find the problem.

Where AI genuinely helps — the repetitive, predictable parts — I use it. It's a tool in the kit, not the product. What you're buying is a system that works.

OWNERSHIP

Whatever I build is in your name.

Your Google Ads account, your analytics, your pixel, your booking system — all set up in your accounts, under your business. If you ever stop working with me, you take every bit of it with you and lose nothing.

That should be normal. It isn't. Plenty of agencies build these things in their own accounts, which means the day you leave, your history, your data and your audiences stay with them and you start again from zero.

Do you own your Google Ads account, or does your agency?
It takes about five minutes to find out. Most owners are surprised by the answer.

WHY ME

You get the same person, every time.

I'm not an agency. You won't be sold by a senior and then handed to a junior you've never met, and you're not paying for anyone's office.

You get me. The same person who talks to you is the person doing the work, and I'm still the person you call two years later when the payment processor needs changing.

Before this I spent seven years in enterprise IT, building and integrating portal systems for a national grid operator and a bank. My job was to sit between the client and the developers and turn what the business needed into what actually got built. That's still the useful part: you tell me what your business needs to do, I work out what that means technically, and then I build it.

So when it gets technical - an old custom theme, a payment system fighting you, a platform hardly anyone works with - I go in and fix it instead of telling you it can't be done.

HRMES is a new company built on more than twenty years of hands-on technical work - enterprise systems, then websites, tracking and the client operations around them.

REAL PROBLEM · SOLVED

A campaign that had been dead for months.

Someone cancelled a €9 plugin. It cost them €2,700 in blind ad spend.

A multi-location escape room business had Google Ads campaigns that had been working fine, then quietly dropped to zero recorded conversions. It stayed that way for six months. Around €450 a month kept going out the whole time.

Nobody inside the company noticed, because the cause was two systems away from anywhere they'd have thought to look — a cookie consent banner that had been switched off to save a subscription fee.
