You tell me what's going on
What you have, what's not working, or what you're trying to launch. You don't need to know what's technically wrong — working that out is my job, not yours.
I ask a few awkward questions
Usually about things nobody's checked in a while. Sometimes the answer to one of them turns out to be the whole problem.
You get a straight answer
What I'd look at, roughly what it would take, and what it would cost. If the honest answer is that you don't need much, that's what you'll hear.
No chasing afterwards
If it's useful, you'll get in touch. I won't put you into a sequence and follow up every nine days.
