Who we are

This website is operated by HRMES Commerce LLC ("HRMES Commerce", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Delaware, United States.

For data protection purposes, HRMES Commerce LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit this website, send us a message, or book a call.

It does not cover work carried out inside a client's own systems. That is governed by the agreement in place with that client, where the client remains the controller of their own data and HRMES Commerce acts as a processor.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a message

The contact form asks for your name, email address, website (optional) and a message. This information is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry.

If you email us directly, we hold your email address and the content of your message for the same purpose.

Contact form submissions are not added to any mailing list, and no automated follow-up sequences are sent.

When you book a call

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email address, timezone and any notes you add, and creates the appointment in our calendar. Cal.com processes this information on our behalf; their own privacy policy governs their handling of it.

Video calls take place over [ Google Meet ]. Calls are not recorded.

When you visit the site

As with most websites, the hosting infrastructure generates standard access logs. These include IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested and the time of each request. They are used for security and for diagnosing technical problems.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent, this site uses:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Meta pixel - to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, referring sites and device type.
  • Google Tag Manager — a container that loads and manages the measurement tags listed here. It does not collect data on its own.

These tools set cookies or similar identifiers, and may process approximate location, device information and browsing behaviour on this site.

Analytics and advertising data are not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary cookies allow the site to function — for example, remembering your consent choice. These are set regardless of consent, as the site cannot operate without them.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after consent is given. These originate from Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager)[ , and Meta, where applicable ], and their lifespans range from a few days to approximately two years.

Embedded third-party content — the booking calendar on the contact page is loaded from Cal.com. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that provider's site directly, and the provider may set its own cookies.

To change your choice: use the cookie preferences link in the site footer, or clear this site's cookies in your browser and make a new selection when the banner reappears.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process personal data on our behalf:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

International transfers

HRMES Commerce LLC is registered in the United States, and several of the providers listed above are based there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may therefore be transferred outside that area.

Retention

  • Enquiries and correspondence: retained for as long as necessary to handle them, and thereafter while a business relationship or a realistic prospect of one continues. Enquiries that do not progress are deleted within [ 24 MONTHS ].
  • Client records and accounting data: retained for the period required by applicable tax and company law.
  • Analytics data: in accordance with the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently [ 14 MONTHS].

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to:

  • request confirmation of what personal data we hold about you, and obtain a copy
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • request erasure, in certain circumstances
  • restrict or object to processing
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Residents of California and other US states with comparable legislation may have similar rights, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as those laws define the term.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted using HTTPS. Access to the site's administration and to business email is restricted to authorised personnel, protected by strong, unique credentials with two-factor authentication where supported.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to enquiries is limited to the smallest number of people necessary to respond to them.

Children

This website is directed at businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with an updated date. Where a change is significant, we will state what has changed rather than replacing the text without notice.
